Those Pesky Relatives and the Holidays.

Posted on November 20, 2010

It’s getting busy! My practice gets really full during the Holidays,

Guess they really are stressful.

And Cody is still helping everyone

out with pets, at least the in-person clients. He’s getting a bit

older, 12 or so. A little slower, but still a very loving therapy dog.

My hope is that this Audio helps

you deal with relatives, and know how to show up as a

strong, powerful person. They sure can be tricky sometimes, huh?

They might be yours or your spouse’s or partner’s. But ya still

have to deal with ‘em!

I also talk about how Patrick Swayze can help us;

in a fun way. (I sure do miss his acting.) Click here to listen.

Audio clip: Adobe Flash Player (version 9 or above) is required to play this audio clip. Download the latest version here. You also need to have JavaScript enabled in your browser.

Be sure and leave a comment about how YOU have dealt

with tricky situations over the holidays. Would love to hear

your opinion.

Stay warm and cozy,

Sue

P.S. I have an in-person group starting in Seattle in

January, It goes through all the maps so

you can be clear about what you want and start down the

road to create it! It’s a 7 week course. Be sure and check it out.

It’s under Graphics and Visuals.

Love the Patrick Swayze reference!! I like the theory of your talk and am going to try and put it into practice this thanksgiving. It’s hard not to let the little comments eat you up inside for hours/days after. I shall try and remember that I can only change myself….

Thanks for comment! And yes, it is so freeing when we just worry about how we want to show up:) Glad you are out there practicing!
    Have a good Turkey day.
