I like to call it "anti-career coaching".
Everyone has something they like to do and are good at. EVERYONE. They also have dreams of what they want to do to be productive, and it doesn't take a long time to figure out what it is. (It takes a little longer for people to give up their beliefs about how it couldn't work, how they shouldn't do it, and what is stopping them.)
When people cop to what they really want to do for work, we work on how to get there in a way that is comfortable for them and also practical.
I give lots of practical information, resources, & homework to help people move toward their goals.
